How would 4.10s in this compare to a 5L mustang? I hope they'd be less tall overall.

My buddy's `00 SS can only muster 13.3s...but we are hoping its a 12 sec car with a tire.

I was considering an SS, but I think these look better and have more modern interiors. Plus they're cheaper to buy with low km.
I wouldn't plan on keeping the Mach 1 stock, mid to high 11's would be the goal.

FYI, at out track a stock Mach 1 traps 101mph, a stock LS1 traps 103mph, so they're pretty close.
    04 Cobra does 104mph here.

Meh, these are less expensive, they launch better with the lack of IRS, they're lighter (aluminum block) and have better suspension and brakes too. I can get a low mile Mach 1 for $18.5k US get either turbo kit built for it here in Canada, or buy a blower and make 420whp.

Plus I don't like the roots blower sound.

I have 3.55s in my 5L now which I really like. The red one at the top is for sale and has 4.10s, but the Mach also revs to 6800. Any input on 4.10s in these for a DD?

bolt-on mach's with a 4.10 definitely move out good on the street...they will hang with/pull away from LS1's with similar mods.

I wouldnt worry about the 4.10's unless youre making frequent highway/long distance travels.
They REALLY wake that car up, too.
