    Comments: Tried eating more carbs before heading to the gym. Don't know if it helped any, but it certainly didn't hurt. Still trying to nail my deadlift form, focused today on keeping my head up to encourage an arched back, and driving with my heels. Getting more confident with it.

    Not a bad day all in all, but my intensity could have been better.

    Had the day off of work, today was a scheduled day off but being as I'm bored as fuck I went to the gym and did some biceps and calves since I've neglected them for 2+ months straight @_@

    I agree, i feel cool doing 3 reps with like 365 for rack lockouts, but deep down, i know i am still just a little weak ass...:o
    I did not make it to the gym today, i spent the day working on my car, it was awesome...:bigthumb:

    helps with the hich, works on week points, and sticking points, form building, many reasons. I dont rack pull much more than my 1RM, but i was running out of grip when i tried...

    do u know where you are sticking? dont just do them for the sake of doing them, i think regular DLs would be better, dont just do them for the hell of it.:sadwavey:
