    I did the single arm pullups only because someone wanted me to prove it to his friend. I think I may have pulled something. Its hard on the rotators...never mind after doing delts.:hs:

    Why do you do a lot of single arm movements? just to concentrate on each arm?

    seated one-arm dumbbell curls:

    tricep v-bar pulldowns (not sure on weight, so i will use place setting number):

    tricep flat bar pulldowns (not sure on weight, so i will use place setting number):

    reverse curls (not sure on weight, so i will use place setting number):

    It's not too bad. I stretch them during my workout and I always play basketball for about 30 minutes after every workout to loosen up. They shake though :o

    I can take some :dunno: I am not huge at all, in fact, I think I would disappoint you. I am 5'10", 165lbs. I am strong for my size/weight, but I am currently working on getting more mass to work with - I want to put on 20-25lbs.

    Chinups - Wide/medium grip.
    BB Rows
    Face Pulls
    Seated Rows
    and maybe some T-Bars.

    Forearms - BB Wrist Curls/Static Holds.

    do you switch up? like biceps first then triceps....next time triceps first then biceps?

    If you're asking me, its to get my arms more symmetrical. There used to be a 1/2" difference between left and right. Now its not even 1/4"...

    Did you work your smaller arm more than the larger one? i.e. more sets/heavier weight for the weaker arm? I have a problem where my right pec (I'm left handed) is noticably smaller than my left. I have been doing single sided cable work in an effort to adjust in addition to my normal routine.

    I'll do some exercise just for the left arm... doing something similar with calves. Some days I just do the left side.
