First and foremost, thanks to everyone here who's helped answer my questions, inspired me, to those who've filled the archives with all that goodness , and for just stoppin' by. :wavey:

I've noticed my cut going to shit so I thought I might keep some sense of discipline if I record my progress publicly; furthermore, my workouts in general seem to be getting shitty and my log reflects that. I didn't want to make a thread like this until I had some substantial progress but if I'm lacking in motivation that'll never happen. I keep all my shit in a Livejournal so I'll just copy and paste and cut out all the unnecessary bullshit.

Yes, I know my squat sucks. Yes, I know that my bench is even more pathetic. Workout at home, no spotter, no power rack, no car to get my ass to a gym. Ignore everything about snatching. I'm sure my form was shitty on most of 'em. The numbers sucked anyway.

All constructive criticism is welcome and encouraged. :wiggle:

I suck at taking pics, it's a camera phone, bite me. Need leg shots. :hs:

For deads, all I need is some room. I put the bar on the floor and I pull it. I'm not the type of person to make excuses but I don't care for wriggling out underneath a failed rep with no one around to help. Perhaps I should be grateful I'm that weak 'cuz it's a weight I can get out from under. :hs:

The more I think about it, the more I'm inclined to order that rack from NY Barbell. Anyone have experience with shipping? I'm not sure I could get a rack off a truck and into my house by myself.
